I worked with Bryant when I was ready to put my house on the market. He was prompt to make an appointment with me, took photos the same day (Friday). He came back Monday to take drone shots of the property. I had no idea how good it looked from up above! By the afternoon, I had requests for showings and on through the week. I don’t remember the exact timeline now, but my house sold very quickly. I am so grateful to Bryant for all the hard work he put in and being so good about answering questions, emails and text messages. I highly recommend him.

Challenging situations for this listing presented themselves from the beginning in the form of unhappy people neighboring the property for sale who preferredthe property didn’t sell and remain vacant.
